The flavor that hit me was an unexpected panoply of interesting flavors. Refreshing yet tart, crisp yet smooth; I was immediately obsessed. Fast forward and I'm back in the states with a new found love for tonic water but there was one problem. As I went to different stores I found a common theme. Namely, all of the tonic water was packed with sugar, and none of it had any flavor or differentiation.
